What are the Box Office hours?
The ECA Box office is open Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm-5:30pm, with extended hours during performances and Saturdays based on event schedules.

How do I purchase tickets?

  • Call the ECA Box Office at 425.275.9595, Mon-Fri 12:00 pm-5:30PM, extended hours during performances, Saturdays based on event schedules.
  • E-mail boxoffice@ec4arts.org with your request and a box office associate will respond within 24 hours
  • Order on-line at www.ec4arts.org (convenience charges apply)

Are there group discounts?
To qualify for group rates, all tickets must be purchased at one time, by one person, using a single payment method: cash, check or credit card. Group discounts are subject to availability.

  • Groups 10-19: 10% off each ticket
  • Groups 20-29: 15% off each ticket
  • Groups 30 and over: 20% off each ticket

Do you offer Student pricing?
Youth (17& under) and student tickets are available for all ECA Presented Events for $15, to all students with valid student/school ID. Youth pricing is availible by calling the ECA Box Office  at 425.275.9595 or visiting the ECA Box office during the regular Box office hours.  ECA is also a TeenTix Partner. What are the parking options at ECA?
Edmonds Center for the Arts has its own convenient free parking lot adjacent to it on the North side of the Center - space is limited. There is free street parking surrounding ECA.

We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your performance, to allow time to park and locate your seats. A limited number of handicapped spaces are also available in our parking lot.  Please call our box office at 425.275.9595 if your require more information.

Where is Edmonds Center for the Arts?
ECA is located at 410 Fourth Avenue North, Edmonds, WA 98020

What if I can’t attend a performance? Can I get a refund?
After purchase, all tickets are non-refundable. Edmonds Center for the Arts is a not-for-profit organization, so tickets can be donated back to Edmonds Center for the Arts and a tax deductible receipt will be mailed to you.

Are there ADA seating options?
Yes, we offer ADA approved accessible seating on the main floor and in the balcony.

Are subscriptions available?

Does ECA donate tickets for charitable causes?
ECA does donate tickets for charitable causes. Please contact Cara Roper, Box Office Lead, at Cara@ec4arts.org for more information.Donations are limited. We recommend that donation requests are made at least 5 months prior to the event.

What’s available at concessions?
ECA offers a full bar and a variety of snacks, including freshly baked cookies, cakes and gourmet chocolate! All of our wines are from the Northwest and we strive to offer local products whenever possible.

What is in the area for dining?
Downtown Edmonds is home to many wonderful eateries, and many are located within minutes of ECA,  just a pleasant stroll toward the center of town. What is in the area for lodging?

What is the curtain time for each venue?
Most performances begin at 7:30pm, unless otherwise noted. Our lobby is open at noon Monday-Friday, and 5pm on show nights. Doors to the theatre generally open at 7:00pm.
