ECA Saturday Matinees

Saturday Matinees at ECA engage community members of all ages in diverse and exciting arts
experiences,  through theatre, music and film!

Tickets to matinee performances are $10 per person, with complimentary tickets available upon request for babes-in-arms 18 months or younger. ECA’s annual family event Kidstock! is always free-of-charge.

Last season, ECA launched the Arts for Everyone Membership program. Families who qualify for Free and Reduced-Price Meal programs through the school district and low-income seniors are now eligible for $2 tickets to any of ECA’s Saturday Matinee performances.

Red Kite, Brown Box

Red Kite, brown Box is a unique multi-sensory experience that brings participants into the wold of Papa Nick and his kids as they explore the space filled with cardboard boxes and simple props. This performance welcomes young people on the autism spectrum into a world of wonder and innovation. This event is for children of all ages on the autism spectrum. Maximum 12 children per performance, parents and family are welcome to attend. Fiddler on the Roof (1971)

Jazzy Ash & The Leaping Lizards

ASL Interpretation will be provided.

This performance is designed to be accessible to patrons of all ages with Autism or other disabilities that cause sensory sensitivities.

Babes-in-arms are welcome at ECA Family Series performances, and admission is free for children 18 months or younger. In order to remain in compliance with all applicable legal requirements, all patrons entering the theatre must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.
